These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the agreement under which we manage an Amazon account — that is a separate, signed contract with BeKnown Solutions Private Limited.

Who you are dealing with

This website is published by BeKnown Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office at B-80, Second Floor, Sarvodaya Enclave, New Delhi 110017, India. "We", "us" and "our" mean that company; "you" means anyone using this site.

What this website is

It is information about our services. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, a guarantee of availability, or professional, legal, tax or financial advice. A free account audit is an invitation to talk, not the start of an engagement.

Any engagement between us begins only when both sides sign a written agreement setting out scope, fees and term. Where that agreement and these terms differ, that agreement wins.

Acceptable use

Please use this site lawfully. In particular, do not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems that serve it
  • Scrape or copy it at a volume that degrades it for other people
  • Reproduce our content commercially without our written permission
  • Use our name, wordmark or copy in a way that implies a partnership that does not exist

Results, figures and case studies

Any performance figure on this site describes what happened in a specific account over a specific period, under conditions we do not control and cannot reproduce on demand. Amazon changes its rules, categories differ, and competitors move.

Past outcomes are not a forecast or a promise of what your account will do. Where a client has not approved being named, we describe them generically and the figures remain theirs.

Intellectual property

The text, design, wordmark and code of this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own evaluation; everything else needs our permission. "Amazon" and other third-party names are the trade marks of their respective owners, used here descriptively — their use does not imply endorsement.

No warranty, and the limit of our liability

This site is provided as it is. We take care to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete at every moment.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue or goodwill, arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of this website or these terms, and you agree to that.
