Privacy policy
www.beknown.work is a brochure website. It has no accounts, no forms and no tracking — the only personal information we hold is what you choose to put in an email to us.

This is a working draft published for transparency and is pending review by our legal counsel. If anything here matters to a decision you are making, write to us and we will confirm it in writing.
In short
We do not set cookies, we do not run analytics or advertising pixels, and we do not build profiles of visitors. Nothing on this site asks you to submit data.
If you email us, we hold your email and whatever you wrote, for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of our correspondence.
Who is responsible for your information
BeKnown Solutions Private Limited is the controller of any personal information described in this policy. Our registered office is B-80, Second Floor, Sarvodaya Enclave, New Delhi 110017, India. You can reach us at any time at hello@beknown.work.
What we collect
Only what you send us. When you use one of the audit links on this site, your own email client opens a message addressed to us — nothing is transmitted to us until you press send, and we receive only what is in that message.
That typically includes:
- Your name and email address, as they appear on the message
- Your brand name and Amazon storefront URL, if you include them
- The marketplaces you sell in and an approximate revenue range, if you include them
- Anything else you choose to write to us
Why we use it
To reply to you, to prepare the account audit you asked for, and to carry on the conversation if you want one. We also keep correspondence as an ordinary business record.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing email to addresses that only ever asked us a question.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of any kind and loads no analytics, tag-manager, session-recording, advertising or social-media scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so simply reading these pages does not report your visit to anyone else.
There is therefore no cookie banner and no consent to withdraw.
Who else sees your information
We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their own purposes, and we run no advertising audiences.
Two ordinary exceptions apply: the provider that hosts this website processes standard technical request logs in order to serve pages, and the provider that carries our email processes messages you send us in order to deliver them. Both act on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Where your information is held, and for how long
We operate from India and work with clients internationally, so correspondence may be processed outside your own country. We keep email only as long as it serves the purpose it was sent for, and no longer than our record-keeping obligations require.
Your choices and requests
Write to hello@beknown.work and ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion, and we will action it. We will confirm what we have done. If you would simply like us to forget an enquiry, say so and we will delete the thread.
Depending on where you live you may also have a right to complain to a data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site works — for example, by adding a contact form — we will update this policy and the date above before that change goes live.
